Vauxhall recognise how hard their Sales Professionals work and wanted to acknowledge them for it. After all, a simple ‘thank you’ can go a long way towards feeling valued and appreciated.

To raise awareness that hard work not only pays off but is rewarded, a pop-up mailer promoting a four minute video was produced – the mailer itself acting as the trigger to launch the animation on a smart phone once the free Aurasma app had been downloaded to it. The animation was also looped on a themed wall in their head office in Luton.

Quarterly winners also received a trophy, signed by the Chairman and Managing Director of Vauxhall Motors.

The message cut through quite dramatically, with a notable increase in landing page visits, and over the longer term a continued increase in Sales Professionals acknowledging their colleagues and nominating them for recognition.

To date more than 575 people have been rewarded.
