Primarily known for multi-storey car parks in city centres, NCP's range of services extends far beyond that - which they are keen to promote to the public and businesses alike.
NCP offers an on-line booking facility for airports, season tickets for regular users (business or private) and features special offers for both, which help form long-term business relationships and loyalty with its customers. |

| Customer Pack |
The client's brief was to produce an introductory pack for customers who purchased one of NCP's season ticket packages.
A concise explanation of the benefits of the product, along with contact details and the necessary small print, was required. Our solution was an easily digestible, glovebox-sized welcome pack, which allowed for the easy addition of product update information.
The customer referral section helped NCP gain business, while customer satisfaction questionnaires helped them to further refine their services and respond to clients' changing needs. |

| Report and Accounts |
We were briefed by NCP to produce its annual Report and Accounts. The report needed to explain the new business structure - reviewed as a direct result of the individual needs of niche markets and the associated services required to support them.
The design focused on the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of NCP's employees and highlighted the character of the people who've made the company so successful - resulting in an informative piece which captured the culture and values behind the brand. |

| Campaign: Price Offer |
NCP operates many of the car parks at Network Rail stations and wanted to promote this to the general public, who may be unaware of all the benefits they offer, so we devised a campaign to increase awareness of both online and telephone pre-booking.
A series of poster campaigns at busy Network Rail stations, supported by information leaflets, encouraged customers to pre-book parking at the NCP website. As a result, NCP saw increases in season ticket awareness, along with exposure to their other services and the brand as a whole. |

| Campaign: Product |
NCP's brief was to promote their online booking and season ticket facilities. Graymatter identified that parking in cities can be very time consuming and troublesome, leading to stress and lost time, so we created an advertising campaign that would drive customers to their website to find out more.
Our solution was a series of strategically placed posters and adverts that played on the problems encountered with inner city parking - and positioned the NCP solution. |
