| DM: Aim-High Campaign |
LeasePlan International is structured to focus on global fleet consultation, helping companies' efficiencies and providing strategic thinking for large fleets.
We created a direct mail (DM) piece for multinational companies with global fleet sizes of 100,000 or more vehicles, exposing fleet controllers to the large savings possible through global efficiencies.
Each piece was entirely personalised and resulted in an extraordinarily high response rate of 20% - which has been converted into a number of major global opportunities for LeasePlan International. |

| Inhouse Training Toolkit |
As part of LeasePlan's internal communications, we were asked to produce a training toolkit which would provide a one-stop reference manual for both management and sales staff.
We were able to simplify the complex consultancy process, together with its matrix of templates and tools, into a series of easily understood, step-by-step processes. Additionally, we developed a new look and feel for LeasePlan's consultative Focus brand. |

| Intranet |
A development of the Focus Training Toolkit, the password-controlled intranet site offers an online solution to the consultancy training manual, together with the added advantage of a download facility for the various forms required by the sales staff on a day-to-day basis.
It also features a customer facing section to explain the Focus consultation process and provides example case studies. |

| Campaign Posters |
As a further form of internal communication, LeasePlan commissioned a series of posters to reinforce the importance of their ConsultPlus process, the practical implementation of LeasePlan International's Focus strategy.
The posters' messages placed an emphasis on adding strategic value to the work of account managers and senior management, by highlighting the key benefits of the ConsultPlus system. The posters were displayed around LeasePlan offices and subliminally aided key staff members' efficiency. |

| Microsite: Fleet Solutions |
The Fleet Solutions microsite was developed to run in conjunction with an advertising campaign in the Financial Times.
The FT campaign drove prospects towards the microsite, which contained a series of interactive puzzles aimed at demonstrating LeasePlan's policies and fleet management skills.
After playing the attention-grabbing games, prospects were invited to find out more about how LeasePlan could help them solve their own fleet management puzzles by taking advantage of the company's unsurpassed knowledge base and expertise. |
