Some of our headline achievements and successes in 2016-17

Winning the BP Fuel Card European Account in 2016 and a Global Contract. Through Graymatter’s strategic B2B thinking and understanding of the fleet market, our work effort has been transformational in redefining BP’s Fuel Card’s value proposition and go‐to‐market strategy. Driving consumer insights; a new digital eco-system and communication toolkit for Europe.

Graymatter, The Open University and the MK Council came together to Deliver an award‐winning Smart City Ideation platform for business start‐ups. The result: ‘OurMK’ is an award‐winning citizen ideation platform designed by Graymatter that enables and empowers citizens of Milton Keynes to submit, share, collaborate and establish sustainability projects and business start‐ups. Rated a Top 5 crowdsourcing initiative in Government.

Winning the re‐brand and re‐launch of the UKs fastest growing software company, Advanced. Graymatter won the project based on our brand credentials, our clarity of thinking, and an in‐depth understanding of the B2B IT and Software market. This enabled us to turn research insight into knowledgeable action quickly, and make informed judgement calls in order to deliver against a very tight timescale.

Advanced FairlTales won B2B Marketing Campaign of the Year in the Marketing Society Excellence Awards and has been shortlisted in the B2B Marketing Awards for ‘Best use of Creative’ as well as the DRUM Brave Awards for 'Best Demand Generation'.

The Advanced rebrand has been shortlisted in the DRUM Marketing Awards in the ‘New Product / Service Launch Strategy of the year’ category.

Working closely with our clients some for over ten years, the longevity of our client relationships to us, is testimonial in our approach to true partnership and collaboration. Our success in 2016-17 has resulted in double digit growth and all of our principal ratios being met or exceeded, something we are particularly proud of given the backdrop of Brexit uncertainty.

Having recognition for our achievements is proven in our recent finalist position; with a shortlist in The Drum B2B Brave Awards for ‘Agency of the Year’.

As founder and MD of Graymatter I am immensely proud of our achievements and growing reputation as an independent marketing agency, but the thing that excites me most is delivering real difference through owning the strategic agenda and working alongside so many talented people here.
