Graymatter is around 30 people strong. All of us are hugely passionate about what we do. Some of us have been doing it for a long time and some of us are just starting out. It's that great combination of experience, enthusiasm and client knowledge that leads to brilliant new ideas backed by solid thinking.

Over the last 12 years 70% of our growth has come from referrals and recommendations, which we are really proud of.

We never forget that what goes on behind the scenes is what makes the stuff up-front so successful. We have processes, procedures and structures to keep everything running smoothly.
